Please how can i make payment for gpt4o API, i have gone through the openai website but i cant find any place you can directly make payment for the gpt4o API. Can any point me to the right payment page

To begin a payment plan for a new account, you'll need to navigate to the billing options and select "start payment plan." The minimum credit purchase required is $5.
For older accounts, eligibility for onboarding is considered for users who have a billing history showing they've been charged over $1 to the credit card on file for non-trial activity. However, this process does not grant immediate access.
