Why can’t I access my OpenAI account on MTN network?

When I try to log in to platform.openai.com using my MTN mobile network, I keep getting an error that says,
QuoteFailed to load subscription for selected organization.
When I try to open my dashboard, it shows more errors like,
QuoteYour OpenAI account has been deactivated, please check your email for more information. If you feel this is an error, contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

I also get this same error when trying to use the OpenAI API, so I can't use anything right now, even though I have credit. I didn't get any email before this started to let me know there's a problem with my account.

I checked OpenAI's status page, and it says there's no downtime. I've contacted support, but they usually take a long time to reply. Is anyone else using MTN facing this problem today?
