To begin a payment plan for a new account, you'll need to navigate to the billing options and select "start payment plan." The minimum credit purchase required is $5. 

For older accounts, eligibility for onboarding is considered for users who have a billing history showing they've been charged over $1 to the credit card on file for non-trial activity. However, this process does not grant immediate access.
