The UK-based AI company Oh has raised $4.5 million in Seed funding to build a decentralized AI platform for creators and users. Oh's main product, OhChat, already has nearly 100,000 users in 174 countries. It lets users interact with AI-generated characters, from completely original creations to digital versions of real people. Celebrities like Carmen Electra, Kaili Thorne, and Rio Sage are already using the platform, with their digital twins attracting over 10 million followers.

Oh is also working on "superModels," advanced AI creators that can build their own social media presence, remember past interactions, and develop unique personalities. These superModels will be able to connect across platforms, evolving with each conversation.

The platform lets users create, own, and profit from their AI agents. Through partnerships, creators will receive the majority of the revenue their agents generate. SuperModel owners can also boost their earnings by launching tokens tied to their agent's success.

Nic Young, the company's CEO, says this mix of AI and Web3 is a game-changer for the creator economy. He believes it offers a new way for creators, consumers, and investors to engage that traditional systems can't match.

The funding round included investors like Tangent, Big Brain Holdings, Kosmos Ventures, and several angel investors.
